460 m2 of living space. The house sleeps 8 comfortably in 2 large double and 2 twin bedrooms. Both double rooms (upstairs) have super king size beds and en suite bathrooms whilst a large family bathroom serves the twin rooms in the downstairs bedroom annexe. In addition the master bedroom has access to a generous veranda offering spectacular views of the Lowveld and Crocodile River valley (and of stunning sunsets).

Additional option to sleep two more in bunk beds in the fifth bedroom.

The main living area is open plan and is comfortably furnished including an open fire for colder winter evenings. The lounge has a TV with local satellite connection which provides an impressive array of TV and music channels. Sports coverage is fantastic and nearly all Premiership football games are live as are English Cricket and Rugby matches.

The dining area looks onto to two patios both catching the sun at different times of day. One also has a private covered Hot Tub to relax those tired muscles or to enjoy a Gin & Tonic .

The lounge area opens onto an extensive covered terrace again comfortably furnished with patio furniture and a patio heater for the cooler months. A small swimming pool is linked to the terrace. To one side there is a built in BBQ (known locally as a ‘braai’), which has an integral chimney and can therefore be used year round. Our local butcher is 200 meters from the entrance to the estate where you can buy top quality meat at silly prices.

A further guest toilet downstairs. Silent fans in all main rooms and air conditioning in bedroom 1 owing to its aspect and full length sliding windows.

The kitchen and scullery are fully equipped including all ‘mod cons’ (toaster, dishwasher and microwave oven etc).

Maid service is provided 3 days a week.
